1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using the TrackUrNutri app (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the App.

3. Purpose of the App

TrackUrNutri is a nutrition-tracking app that allows you, among other things, to record a food journal, analyze photographs of meals using artificial intelligence, track various personal indicators, and produce statistics and recommendations for informational purposes.

4. No medical advice

The analyses, nutritional estimates, and recommendations provided may contain inaccuracies. They do not replace the advice of a qualified healthcare professional. Consult a doctor or dietitian before making any decision regarding your diet or health, or if you have a specific medical condition.

5. Account and data

You are responsible for the information you enter into the App and for the security of your device. The processing of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Artificial intelligence services and API key (BYOK)

Some features rely on third-party artificial intelligence services. If you configure your own API key ("Bring Your Own API Key" mode):

• you are solely responsible for obtaining, securing, and using that key;
• the associated requests and billing are governed by the terms of the chosen AI provider;
• TrackUrNutri does not collect or store your API key.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the App for illegal or fraudulent purposes;
• attempt to circumvent, reverse-engineer, or compromise the security of the App;
• use the App in a way that could harm its operation or other users.

8. Intellectual property

The App, its code, design, trademarks, and content are protected by intellectual property rights and remain the property of the publisher. No rights are granted beyond the personal, non-exclusive license to use the App granted to you.

9. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is," without any guarantee of continuous availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the App.

10. Changes to the terms

These terms may be updated at any time to reflect changes to the App or legal obligations. The date of the last update appears at the top of the document. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute regarding their interpretation or performance falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts, subject to the mandatory legal provisions applicable to consumers.
